My workout today consisted of: 5 mins warm up, 10 mins Butt, Legs & Chest, 10 mins Cardio MMA workout, 10 mins Yoga and then I added 40 donkey kicks (20 on each side, just because I have never done them before. I saw a post on here yesterday about them and lots of people are saying that they make your butt look super toned and they also make the butt a bit bigger (in a good way), which is exactly what I want. I want to get rid of the fat all around but especially my tummy and lovehandles and backfat and make my butt look incredible. So from now on donkey kicks at the end of every work out are an absolute must - increasing the number of them gradually of course.)
Again, I THANK ALL OF YOU, because honestly sometimes YOU GUYS are the only thing that make me work out :) and I am super happy every day because of it. So thank you, the fitblr community really is a wonderful thing <3
